The National Express Group was awarded the franchise to operate Central Trains in March 1997. One of the last passenger operating franchises to be awarded, Birmingham based Central Trains was formed from the Regional Railways sector of British Rail. TVS Media Have been responsible for their web site and content management since early 2006, after winning the work away from a major Midlands ad agency.
